We are looking for a Project Controller 60-80%, who wants to join our global team with colleagues in Sweden, Thailand and Tanzania. You will work closely with the finance team and with program managers in Sweden and Tanzania. Your main responsibility will be to ensure partners' compliance with agreements and that the financial guidelines for grant management are followed at partners in East Africa and the Western Balkans. The assignment also means supporting and strengthening partners so that they have good internal control and are responsible for disbursements of financial support.

We are a global team of 12 people where every employee is valuable and contributes with their experience and knowledge. You have experience in civil society and have several years (at least 2 years) of handling donor funds, for example from ForumCiv and Radiohjälpen, experience of working with audit instructions and working with bookkeeping and project reporting.
