IOGT-NTO Movement is a dynamic and international organization that makes a difference! We work to strengthen individuals and communities by preventing alcohol-related harm. We are now inviting tenders for a Framework Agreement with a Finance and Administration Consultant based in East Africa, with a particular focus on Tanzania. This agreement will be established between the IOGT-NTO Movement (Sweden) and the selected consultant.
Scope of Services:
The consultant will provide financial and administrative support as needed, including but not limited to:
- Conducting monitoring visits
- Capacity development of partners on financial and administrative processes
- Audit preparation and support
- Quality assurance of financial reporting
- Advisory services on partner-related financial matters
- Liaising with government officials and banks as needed
- Managing archiving and documentation
- Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistical needs related to assignments in East Africa
Please note that this agreement is to establish the option of activating these services if required; there is no guarantee of engagement.
Conditions
- The assignment period is 2024-12-01 to 2027-11-31
- The tasks will be completed remotely using your own equipment, such as a computer, cellphone, and any necessary materials.
- The invoice for the assignment must be accompanied by the call-off in writing and a timesheet
Evaluation Criteria
1. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience working with financial matters on international projects in East Africa.
2. Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
3. Pricing: Competitive pricing in TZS per hour.
4. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Kiswahili.
